REFUND POLICY
Before buying a candle, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the terms of placing an order and returning the product.
EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF GOODS OF INADEQUATE QUALITY
Refunds or product exchanges (without changes) are made in the event that:
1. Serious differences between the finished product and the information on the website were revealed.
2. Low-quality processing of materials or low-quality manufacturing was detected.
The returned product must be without traces of use, its original appearance and all consumer qualities must also be preserved.
The company will issue a refund less shipping and handling charges. The transfer is credited to the client’s account within 10 working days from the moment the product is returned.
The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the product during shipment until it is received by the company, so we recommend using delivery services that insure the parcels.
Refunds require photos to prove the reason for the refund.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF PROPER QUALITY GOODS
The buyer has the right to exchange the product for a similar one at the seller’s company in the following cases:
1. If the product does not meet the customer’s requirements: the shape, size, design, color are not suitable or for other reasons, as a result of which it cannot be used for its intended purpose.
2. If, for any reason, the goods did not suit the buyer and were not used, their appearance, consumer properties, labels, and seals are also preserved in the presence of a receipt.
It is possible to exchange and return the product:
1. If 14 days have passed since the day of purchase, the product has no signs of use, all packaging, product appearance, consumer qualities and all documents provided by the seller (receipt, warranty card, instructions).
2. If the product was purchased as a gift, it is returned together with the product. The gift must also have a proper appearance (appearance of the product, consumer properties, seals, packaging). If the customer was issued a permanent customer card, it is considered invalid.
3. If there is no similar product in the assortment, the buyer has the right:
Purchase other goods that are available, taking into account the recalculation of the cost;
Return the product and get a refund;
Exchange the product for a similar one when it goes on sale.
The refund is made in an amount equal to the value of the product at the time of purchase. The buyer receives the money within 7 days from the moment of confirmation of the buyer’s fulfillment of the warranty obligations.
Goods cannot be exchanged in the following cases:
If the product was used
More than 14 days have passed since the purchase (confirmation of receipt of goods).
